4 Indian troops killed as avalanches hit north Kashmir

Srinagar, December 04: In occupied Kashmir, four Indian troops were killed in two avalanches in Kupwara and Bandipora districts of North Kashmir.

Three troops were killed when an avalanche hit their post in Tangdhar area of Kupwara late on Tuesday. Indian Army used military helicopters in the area to trace the bodies.

Another soldier was killed in an incident of avalanche in Gurez area of Bandipora district.
