MUZAFFARABAD, Feb 18 : Hizbul Mujahideen Chief and United Jihad Council Chairman Syed Salahuddin Ahmed has said that the role of Mughla Begum, the widow of former Supreme Commander Ghulam Rasool Dar Shaheed was not less then her husband in the freedom movement of Kashmir. Syed Salahuddin said that Mughla Begum supported her husband at every step and faced every difficulty in this path happily. He said that Mughla Begum spent her whole life for the success of the freedom movement of Kashmir and passed away while following this path.
This was stated by Syed Salahuddin Ahmed while addressing the meeting of Hizb Command Council. Syed Salahuddin said that Mughla Begum while following the footsteps of her late husband former Supreme Commander Hizbul Mujahideen, always kept the freedom movement of Kashmir as supreme and faced every difficulty with patience and bravely and never complained about it.
Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that Mughla Begum always struggled for the success of the freedom movement of Kashmir, adding that till presence in occupied Kashmir she faced the atrocities of the Indian forces and later on she along with her husband and children left the ancestral area and become refugee. Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that Mughla Begum faced the martyrdom of her husband as a refugee but she faced everything in love of the freedom movement of Kashmir and for the securing the blessings of Almighty Allah.
The participants of the meeting prayed higher status in heaven for the departed soul and courage for the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
