Two security personnel and four civilians were injured in a grenade attack in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday.
Sources said mujahideen lobbed a grenade towards the Indian occupational Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel manning the Pakherpora market.
An Indian policeman and a CRPF personel were among the injured. One woman was also among the injured civilians. “The injured were shifted to hospitals,” sources said.
None of the injured sustained serious injuries.
Meanwhile, Occupational forces arrested a youth in the Chenab Valley’s Doda district.
The sources said the arrested youth, Tanvir Ahmed, a resident of the Tantana Gundha area of Doda, had been missing since February.
