‘Top commanders among 75 mujahideen martyred this year so far’
Srinagar, June 3:Indian occupational Forces Wednesday martyred the IED expert Jaish-e-Muhammad outfit and the mastermind of recent car bomb attempt, in today’s encounter at Pulwama district of South Kashmir.
While addressing a press conference here along with the top occupational army and CRPF officers, Inspector General of Police Kashmir range, Vijay Kumar said that an IED expert of Jaish, who had taken part in Afghan war, and was the mastermind of Car Bomb that was detected and destroyed by the security forces in Pulwama on May 28 was among three mujahideen martyred today.

The slain commander has been identified as Abdur Rehman alias Fouji Bhai or Fouji Baba, who had participated in Afghan war and was active since 2017 in Kashmir.
The identity of two mujahideen is being ascertained and it seems that both area locals.
Meanwhile Indian police in a statement said, “During the intervening night of 02/03 June 2020, on a specific input Pulwama Police along with 55RR, CRPF 182 & 183 Bn launched a joint cordon & search operation in Kangan area of District Pulwama.
During the search operation, the hiding mujahideen fired on the joint search party of Indian occupational forces. The fire was retaliated leading to an encounter”.
“In the ensuing encounter, 03mujahideen were martyred and their bodies have been retrieved from the site of encounter. One of the martyred mujahid has been identified as Abdul Rehman @ Fouji Bhai resident of Multan Pakistan,affiliated with JeM who was active in Kashmir since year 2017. Ongoing investigation indicates that said foreignmujahid, an IED expert was mastermind of recently averted car bomb in Pulwama in addition to two other mujahideen of JeM. However the identification of other two martyred mujahideen is being ascertained”.
