Indian Occupational Army Soldier Injured In Cross-LoC Firing In Poonch

Poonch- An Indian Occupational army soldier was injured in cross-border firing in Poonch district of Jammu  region, Official said on Saturday.

A soldier namely Sepoy Rajesh Reddy of 12 Madras sustained splinter injury in the shelling near LoC in Kerni and Mendhar sectors last night, reported by our sources.

Reddy was immediately shifted to a hospital in Rajouri for treatment,

On 11 Apr 2020 at about 0950 hours, firing between Indian and Pak Forces with small arms & intense shelling with Mortars along LoC in Kirni sector, District Poonch (J&K),

Meanwhile, two residential houses got damaged after fresh shelling erupted near LoC in Mendhar and Balakote sectors of the border district.
