2 JeM mujahideen martyred in Anantnag gunfight

 Two Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM)mujahideen were martyred in a gunfight with the Indian occupational forces in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday.
Sources said that the gunfight between the mujahideen and the occupational forces broke out at Srigufwara area of the district following an extensive cordon and search operation.
A Police officer said the operation against mujahideen was launched at around 6:20 am on Monday by the Special Operations Group (SOG) of Police, paramilitary CRPF and Army after intelligence inputs confirmed the presence of mujahideen in the area.
During the search operation the mujahideen opened fire at the occupational forces, triggering a gunfight in which two mujahideen were martyred
Among the martyred mujahideen , one was identified as Nasir alias Shahbaz alias Baz Bai, a Pakistan resident, sources said.
The identification of the other martyred mujahid was being ascertained,
The  mujahideen were asked to surrender, however, they choose to fight instead, 
The duo was affiliated with Jaish-e-Muhammad outfit,sources said.
“In the indiscriminate firing by the Indian occupational forces, one woman received gunshot injuries. She was shifted to a hospital for treatment where her condition is stated to be stable,
So far, this year, around 128 mujahideen of various outfits have been martyred by the Indian occupational forces in Kashmir Valley.
